This us a two hour kayak tour that starts at 6:30pm. Our kayaks are wide, very stable, easy to paddle sit on top tandem kayaks. We have double, triple, and even a kayak that would accommodate a family of four, two adults and two children.

We are the most family friendly kayak company on the Island of Vieques. Kayaking experience is not necessary to do this tour. Kayaking instruction is given prior to the tour. We have experienced guides that accompany the groups at all times.

We only paddle for two minutes to the center, which is the deepest and darkest part, of the bay where the Bioluminescence show the brightest. By doing this we also avoid disturbing the bottom.

After reaching to our buoy, we tie all the kayaks together. While we’re still sitting on our kayaks we have a very informative discussion about the Dinoflagellates, micro organisms that causes bioluminescence. This way the information is more interesting, therefore you retain and appreciate it longer & better.

Now you are ready to take the most magnificent swim of your life! As you slide of the side of your kayak, submerging in the water, your body starts to glow! Every part of your body will light up! So the more you move the more you’ll glow!!!
